On the morning of January 26, 2023, Equinox HIT team members Sarah Flicker and Shannon Mauler attended the sold-out BisNow Denver Construction & Development Event. Hosted at the Grand Hyatt Denver, Crystal Peak Ballroom.
The day started with a networking breakfast, where the Equinox HIT team caught up with industry partners and met some new ones.
The event kicked off with a panel moderated by Even Haft - Director of Sales, InvestNext, on Building up Denver - Navigating Construction in 2023: Identifying Challenges and Opportunities: TOD, Sustainability, and Booming Submarkets.
Bill Mosher - Senior Managing Director, Trammell Crow Company
CJ Manning - VP, Development, Prime West Development
Jill Jennigs Golich - Deputy Executive Director, City and County of Denver

Morgan Lysohir - VP & District Manager, Milender White
The second panel was moderated by Paul Ruff - Managing Partner, Triumph Capital Group, on Development Highlight and Demand Forecast: Influential Projects and Pipelines Shaping the New Year.
Both panels provided insights into today's current construction climate, the shifts that they are seeing and anticipate are still to come, and how they turn challenges into opportunities while keeping sustainability and community in mind. Some of the projects discussed included Alloy Sunnyside in the Denver neighborhood of Sunnyside, Dawson Trails in Castle Rock, Fox Park in Denver, Hurley Place in RiNo, and Kindred Resort in Keystone.
