On the morning of January 26, 2023, Equinox HIT team members Sarah Flicker and Shannon Mauler attended the sold-out BisNow Denver Construction & Development Event. Hosted at the Grand Hyatt Denver, Crystal Peak Ballroom.
The day started with a networking breakfast, where the Equinox HIT team caught up with industry partners and met some new ones.
The event kicked off with a panel moderated by Even Haft - Director of Sales, InvestNext, on Building up Denver - Navigating Construction in 2023: Identifying Challenges and Opportunities: TOD, Sustainability, and Booming Submarkets.

Both panels provided insights into today's current construction climate, the shifts that they are seeing and anticipate are still to come, and how they turn challenges into opportunities while keeping sustainability and community in mind. Some of the projects discussed included Alloy Sunnyside in the Denver neighborhood of Sunnyside, Dawson Trails in Castle Rock, Fox Park in Denver, Hurley Place in RiNo, and Kindred Resort in Keystone.
