Teal Heath, FACHE, RN, PMP

Teal brings over twenty-five years of clinical, operational, business, and technical expertise in healthcare. A Registered Nurse (RN), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP), she also holds Program and Portfolio Management Mastery certification and is distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Teal holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Computer Resources and Information Management. She earned her teaching certificate from Colorado Technical University, where she served as an Adjunct Faculty member, instructing undergraduate and graduate students in healthcare, IT, and project management. Her executive leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and Director of the IT Project Management Office (PMO) at Centura Health, Colorado's largest integrated healthcare organization at the time.

Teal leads multiple multi-million-dollar, high-complexity healthcare IT initiatives across the United States, with deep specialization in large-scale hospital construction and digital transformation projects. She is known for her ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at every level, from executive leadership to frontline operations. A passionate advocate for healthcare leadership and digital transformation, she has pioneered a modern approach to technology in healthcare construction.  Teal is a national thought leader and frequent speaker. She has been recognized as a 2026 Leaders in Small Business Honoree by the Denver Business Journal, named to Becker's Hospital Review's 2025 100 Women in Health IT to Know, and authored an article in the International Federation of Healthcare Engineering (IFHE) 2025 Digest.

Seth Williams, PMP

Seth brings over a decade of project management experience in the healthcare environment, with a strong focus on IT, communication systems, and construction. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Health Care Physical and Environment Worker from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundation certified.

Seth has led numerous enterprise-level, multi-million-dollar projects from planning and design through implementation and closeout. Seth excels at guiding his project management team to deliver high-quality service every time. He brings a passion for tackling hard issues and finding ways to advance each organization he works with; he is a problem solver with excellent communication skills enabling him to work effectively with hospital and enterprise-level management and administration.

Seth is an avid learner and enjoys adapting to new environments as he comes alongside each client on their digital journey. His ability to navigate complex technical environments and translate project demands into clear, actionable strategies makes him a driving force behind Equinox HIT's project delivery excellence.

Shannon Zeiger, PMP

Shannon is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and relationship-building to her role.

Her highly organized and efficient character supports Equinox HIT’s portfolio of projects through streamlined documentation, communication, and structure. Shannon develops and implements strategies to cultivate client relationships, achieve organizational goals, and maintain the company's collaborative culture. Her ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans makes her an essential contributor to Equinox HIT's continued growth and success.
