AdventHealth Louisville Hospital
A new hospital campus located on a roughly 40-acre parcel within the Redtail Ridge Innovation District at the interchange of U.S. Highway 36 and Northwest Parkway in Louisville, Colorado. The facility will replace the legacy AdventHealth Avista Hospital. Project is estimated to complete in 2029.
AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region Smart Room Phase 1 - Device Deployment

Loma Linda University Children's Health Specialty Clinics
Loma Linda University Children's Health Specialty Clinics will house nearly 30 pediatric specialties and services under one roof. The Pediatric Medical Clinics are envisioned as a new 5-story, 105,000-square-foot building located near Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. Project is estimated to complete in 2026.

Tarzana Medical Center Expansion
Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center campus for the future is Tarzana Reimagined. This $540M project includes a five-story 200,000 square foot new patient tower, emergency department, and technology upgrades in Tarzana, California, an HCAI/OSHPD regulatory environment.
Patients moved into the Friese Family Tower on October 1, 2023.

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital
A hospital campus in the Wheat Ridge, Colorado replaced the legacy Lutheran Medical Center using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach. Our services were provided from 2020-2022 to support the core technology budget, scope, resource estimates, IT infrastructure, IT deliverables, application, and integration workflow approaches.
Patients moved into Lutheran Hospital August 3, 2024.

Loma Linda University Health
Campus Transformation Project
Just under one million square feet, $1.5 billion academic teaching facility replacement towers project to consist of two patient bed towers (one 16-floor adult tower, one 9-floor children’s tower), HCAI/OSHPD regulatory environment, and totaling 458 licensed inpatient beds. Patients moved into the new Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus on August 8, 2021.

California Northstate University Medical Center
A 680,000 square foot teaching hospital in Sacramento, California, at the former Sleep Train Arena site. In planning, timeline to be determined.
