Loma Linda University Children's Hospital New Medical Office Building 

Loma Linda University Children's Hospital Medical Office Building will house 23 existing subspecialty clinics under one roof. This expansion will significantly increase their number of exam rooms and allow them to serve an additional 15,000 patients annually. Project is estimated to complete in 2026.

New Lutheran Medical Center

A future 26-acre hospital campus in the Clear Creek Crossing Development at the intersection of I-70 and Hwy 58 at Clear Creek Dr in Wheat Ridge, Colorado to replace the current Lutheran Medical Center using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach.

Project estimated to complete in 2024. Our services were provided from 2020-2022 to support the core technology budget, scope, resource estimates, IT infrastructure, IT deliverables,  application, and integration workflow approaches.

Campus Transformation Project

Just under one million square feet, $1.5 billion academic teaching facility replacement towers project to consist of two patient bed towers (one 16-floor adult tower, one 9-floor children’s tower), HCAI/OSHPD regulatory environment, and totaling 458 licensed inpatient beds. Patients moved into the new Dennis and Carol Troesh Medical Campus on August 8, 2021.
