On June 15th, 2022, Teal Heath attended the Silver Key Senior Summit and donated on behalf of Equinox HIT. This was the annual event's first year at The Antlers. The event donations ensure area seniors have access to the resources they need to thrive.
According to Jason DeaBueno, President & CEO of Silver Key, the Top Four Social Determinates of Health are:
Housing
Food Security
Social Connectedness
Transportation
Silver Key provides support to those four social needs to area seniors with services to remain healthy, engaged, and able to keep the independence we all cherish.
