Celebrating Loma Linda University Children’s Health Specialty Clinics Ribbon Cutting
On October 6, 2026, healthcare leaders, supporters, project team members, and local community members gathered to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new Loma Linda University Children’s Health Specialty Clinics, marking an important milestone in improving access to specialty pediatric care across the Inland Empire. The new facility brings 22 pediatric specialties together under one roof in a five-story, 105,000-square-foot building located adjacent to Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.
The event also celebrated the culmination of years of planning, collaboration, design, construction, technology coordination, and dedication to creating a healthcare environment built around the needs of children and their families.
Built Through Collaboration
As with any healthcare construction project, the finished building is only part of the story. Behind every new facility are thousands of decisions, countless hours of planning and construction, and a broad team of project partners working toward a common vision.
Walking through the completed facility during the event, attendees could see firsthand how the vision became a reality. From the welcoming public spaces to the integrated pediatric clinical environment, the building reflects the extensive collaboration that occurs long before patients are welcomed through the doors.
At Equinox HIT, we are proud to have partnered with the Loma Linda University Health IS team, supporting the technology planning and implementation efforts that helped move this project from concept to completion. It is always rewarding to see years of work become a finished facility that will serve children, families, and caregivers for years to come.
Congratulations to Loma Linda University Children's Health, the project team, and everyone who contributed to this meaningful project.
